This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains how DEC MEDIA Co., Ltd. (“DEC MEDIA”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data when you visit decmediathailand.com (the “Website”). We handle personal data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (the “PDPA”).

2. Personal data we collect
We collect personal data only where necessary for the purposes described below.
- Information you give us — when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) company, phone number, project type, and the content of your message.
- Information collected automatically — when you submit a form we record your IP address for security and abuse-prevention. If you consent to analytics cookies, we also collect usage data (see the Cookies section below).

5. Sharing & international transfers
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Website. Where you consent to analytics, usage data is processed by Google LLC (Google Analytics), which may involve transfers outside Thailand under Google’s own safeguards. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
6. How long we keep your data
- Contact-form submissions: retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and our records.
- Cookie-consent records: kept as evidence of consent in line with PDPA accountability requirements.
- Analytics data: retained according to our Google Analytics configuration.
7. Your rights under the PDPA
Subject to the PDPA, you have the right to:
- access and obtain a copy of your personal data;
- request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request erasure or restriction of processing;
- object to processing, or request data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out);
- lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes to how we use cookies may prompt us to ask for your consent again.
